Product Description:

Epifanes Mono-Urethane Yacht Paint, #3108 Dark Blue, 750ml (MU3108.750) is a hard, one‑component, high‑gloss finishing yacht paint offering superior coverage, long‑lasting weather durability, and exceptional gloss retention. This advanced urethane‑alkyd formulation provides the application ease of a traditional enamel with the hard durability of a urethane resin‑based coating.

Mono‑urethane is suitable for fiberglass (FRP), steel, wood, and aluminum for interior and exterior use above the waterline. It may be applied directly to well‑degreased and sanded fiberglass without primer, over existing one‑component systems, and over thoroughly sanded two‑component polyurethane. It is not compatible with epoxy.

Whether brushed, rolled, or sprayed, Epifanes Mono‑urethane levels exceptionally well — allowing you to achieve a true spray‑quality mirror finish without using a sprayer.

Available in 25 rich, vibrant, high‑gloss colors, with custom competitor and RAL Classic colors available upon request. Please note - digital screens - PCs, tablets, and phones - display colors differently, so on‑screen swatches should be considered approximate representations rather than exact matches. BuyEpifanes Expert Notes

  • Mono‑urethane is the hardest one‑component topside paint Epifanes produces. It delivers a finish approaching the durability of a two‑component polyurethane while maintaining the ease of application of a traditional enamel.
  • Levels to a spray‑quality finish even when brushed or rolled. With proper technique and thinning, Mono‑urethane flows out exceptionally well, producing a mirror‑smooth surface without spray equipment.
  • Excellent choice for high‑visibility topsides and brightwork. Its long‑term gloss retention and color stability make it ideal for hulls, cabin sides, transoms, and trim exposed to harsh marine environments.
  • Highly compatible with existing coatings. It can be applied over intact one‑component paints and thoroughly sanded two‑component polyurethane, making it a reliable maintenance and upgrade coating.
  • Direct‑to‑fiberglass capability. On well‑degreased and sanded FRP, Mono‑urethane can be applied without primer, reducing labor and build time.
  • Wide application window. Mono‑urethane applies smoothly across a broad temperature range and is forgiving for DIY users while still meeting professional standards.
  • Available in 24 stock colors with custom color matching. Epifanes can match many competitor colors and RAL Classic shades, providing flexibility for restoration or new builds.
