Product Description

Epifanes Epoxy HB Coat High-Build Coating, Black, 750ml (EHBCB.750) is a two‑component, high‑build epoxy coating designed for fast film‑build, superior adhesion, and exceptional anti‑corrosive performance on steel, aluminum, plywood, and fiberglass/GRP. With extremely high solids content and rapid drying characteristics, Epoxy HB Coat allows quick development of a watertight, protective barrier both above and below the waterline.

This coating is ideal for new construction, restoration, anti‑osmosis protection, and maintenance of existing epoxy systems. It can be used inside and outside the hull, on superstructures, wet bilge areas, and underwater surfaces. Available in Black and Light Gray.

Package includes 600ml Component A and 150ml Component B (4:1) for a total mixed volume of 750ml. Download technical data sheet here.

Epoxy HB Coat vs Standard Epoxy Primers

Epifanes Epoxy HB Coat is formulated as a true high‑build epoxy coating rather than a thin primer. Its extremely high solids content allows rapid film‑build, superior barrier protection, and stronger anti‑corrosive performance compared to standard epoxy primers. This makes it ideal for steel hulls, anti‑osmosis systems, and areas requiring maximum durability.
