BuyEpifanes.com Shipping Policy

We strive to ship merchandise within one business day, Monday - Friday, provided:

  • Items are in stock
  • The order is received before noon, Eastern Standard Time
  • The payment has been properly authorized 
  • The ship to physical street address, phone number and email address provided are correct, no PO Boxes please!

Please provide a physical street address for your home or business, we cannot ship to a PO Box as the majority of the items are HAZMAT and not accepted by the US Post Office. Providing a PO Box will delay shipping and/or result in order cancellation.

Estimated Shipping Times: 

Orders for in-stock items received before noon E.T. typically ship within 1 business day and often ship the same day. 

Most backordered items ship within 3 business days unless factory backordered.

Custom tinted paints typically ship within 1 to 3 weeks.

Most in stock orders will be received within 1 to 5 business days. See transit maps below for estimated delivery times.

If your need is immediate, please contact us at Sales@BuyEpifanes.com BEFORE ordering to confirm item is in stock.

Please note we cannot ship HAZMAT items express air under any circumstances, items can only ship via ground service.

Discounted & Premium Shipping: 

Customers that pay for a premium carrier rate will get priority processing and moved to the head of the shipping queue.

Premium carrier service shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to expedite shipments.

Please note that our carriers typically pick up around 2pm E.T. and it takes time to process, pick and pack orders safely.

Orders that qualify for any discounted shipping promotion will be shipped via a carrier of BuyEpifanes.com's discretion. 

Hawaiian, Alaskan and US Territory Shipments: 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship HAZMAT items to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories. If you would like to have items shipped to your ocean freight forwarder within the lower 48, please contact us at Sales@BuyEpifanes.com. 

Canadian Shipments: 

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: All taxes, duties and brokerage fees are not included at time of checkout and will be assessed upon delivery! International shipping rates calculated with FedEx® and UPS® cover only the actual shipping portion of the delivery; You will be responsible for any and all additional taxes, duties and brokerage fees assessed upon delivery which may exceed 50% of the purchase price. It is not possible for us to determine what these charges will be in advance as they are out of our control. It would be much more cost effective for you to purchase from a Canadian distributor but we are happy to accommodate if needed.

Please note it will take an additional 1-2 business days to process and ship items to Canada due to the International paperwork required.

Shipping Confirmation: 

Confirmation and/or tracking numbers are normally sent via email within 1 business day from shipment. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in carriers system. Please check your spam/promotions folder for shipping confirmations. For questions regarding shipments, please contact us at Sales@BuyEpifanes.com.

Signature Service: 

For your protection, purchases over $200 require an Direct/Adult Signature for delivery; there is no additional charge for this service. Customers may decline Direct/Adult Signature service by adding a note upon checkout but BuyEpifanes.com will not be responsible for missing packages for which signature service was declined.BuyEpifanes.com will not be responsible under any circumstances for missing packages delivered by carrier in which Direct/Adult Signature service was not authorized; for missing packages, these matters must be handled by customers directly with the appropriate carrier.

Expedited Air Shipments: 

Please note we cannot ship HAZMAT items express air under any circumstances, items can only ship via ground service.

HAZMAT: 

Most Epifanes items are considered HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) We will only ship HAZMAT products (e.g. paints, aerosols, solvents) via UPS and FedEx ground shipping. We will not ship HAZMAT items via air under any circumstances. 

Fraud Protection: 

We take credit card fraud seriously. Often times, customers are not aware that their credit cards have been flagged for fraud review by their financial institution. Transactions that appear suspicious or under fraud review by a credit card processor may require verification from customer before order is shipped; in these instances, customers may be notified by an BuyEpifanes.com customer service representative for verification of the order. Failure to provide a contact phone number during checkout may result in additional shipping delays or cancellation of order.

Holidays: 

BuyEpifanes.com and our carriers are closed and do not ship Federal and Massachusetts holidays. During Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve through New Years holidays, we are open but at minimum staffing and shipping time will be longer than normal.

Carriers:

BuyEpifanes.com's uses UPS® and FedEx® to ship most orders. BuyEpifanes.com reserves the right to use US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ship small non-HAZMAT packages if found to be faster than UPS® and FedEx® delivery times.

All shipping rates are based on weight, distance and type of freight service selected. Certain overweight, large, bulky or hazardous goods may require special shipping arrangements and/or incur additional charges; in these instances you will be contacted.

Backorders:

BuyEpifanes.com's only advertises stocked items unless noted as special order. Inventories are updated frequently but there may be times when we sell out of a particular product during the day resulting in a back order. Backorders are typically filled in three to five (3-5) business days. In the event of a split shipment order, you will only be charged once for shipping. 

Cancellations and Modifications:

Orders may be cancelled or modified without penalty if BuyEpifanes.com is contacted before items leave the warehouse. Once shipments have left the warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled; customer must request an RMA number and is responsible for safely returning items and restocking fees will apply.

Un-deliverable Shipping Address:

Please make sure you provide us with a correct shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for items shipped if incorrect delivery information is provided.

If an item is returned due to an address being deemed un-deliverable by freight carrier, the total shipping charges incurred both ways plus a twenty-five (25) percent restocking fee may be deducted from any refund given.

Missing or Lost Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us right away so we can contact the carrier to resolve the issue and replace and reship if necessary. Packages lost in transit are usually a result of damage by the carrier.

If your package is shown as being delivered but has not arrived, you must contact the carrier to report the issue. Once a package has been shown by the carrier as being delivered and signed for by recipient at the address or the carrier, we cannot do anything until you contact the carrier to report the issue and open up a missing package case file. Often times, the carrier mistakenly delivers the package to a neighbors location and can quickly be located and redelivered the following day.

If a package cannot be located and once you have logged a missing package report with the carrier, we can then work to replace the package and file a missing package claim with the carrier.

You will need to reference the tracking number provided for your shipment. You can contact UPS customer service 800-742-5877 and FedEx customer service 1-800-GOFEDEX (463-3339).

Force Majeure: 

BuyEpifanes.com shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of BuyEpifanes.com in the conduct of its business.

Other:

BuyEpifanes.com reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. In these rare situations, a full refund will be given.
