Return and Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES:
If the wrong item is sent, an exchange will be made promptly and there will be no restocking fee or additional shipping charges.
If an exchange for a different item is requested, shipping charges cannot be refunded but restocking fees will be waived. BuyEpifanes.com will exchange most items (see exceptions below) for an equivalent item and will waive the restocking fee.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping and safely returning the item for exchange to BuyEpifanes.com and is required to pay the full shipping costs for the new item.
Due to liability reasons surrounding HAZMAT items, we cannot provide a return shipping label and the customer is responsible for using a HAZMAT approved shipper.

All exchange items must be in new, unused, unopened, and salable condition in original packaging. BuyEpifanes.com reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any item deemed unsaleable upon inspection of goods.

RETURNS:
BuyEpifanes.com will accept returns for most items (see exceptions below) but a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund given. Please understand that it is labor intensive and expensive to securely package and safely ship HAZMAT items, restocking fees are used to cover these costs.
To return an item, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required before shipping your item(s) back. Items shipped without an RMA number will not be refunded.
Please contact us at Sales@BuyEpifanes.com to request an RMA number and return instructions.
An RMA number must be requested within fourteen (14) days of receipt and returns must be received at our warehouse within twenty-one (21) days of receipt.
All return items must be in new, unused, unopened, and salable condition in original packaging. BuyEpifanes.com reserves the right to refuse a refund for any item deemed unsaleable upon inspection of goods.
All returned consumable items (e.g. paint sundries) are subject to a fifteen (15) percent restocking fee.
All returned chemicals including paints, coatings, varnish, primers, epoxies, thinners, etc. are subject to a twenty-five (25) percent restocking fee.
For returns, the freight charges will not be refunded, no exceptions.
In addition, returns that were shipped using a flat rate discount shipping option, the difference for full cost for shipping the package may also be deducted from any refund given.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received within fourteen (14 days) of receiving at our warehouse.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Special Orders, Custom Tinted Paints and certain discounted products labeled "Scratch & Dent", "Open Box", and "Returned Items" are sold "as is" and are not returnable, no exceptions.
Note: Do not return HAZMAT items such as paints, coatings, varnish, primers, thinners, etc. via U.S. Mail. All paint must be shipped by a HAZMAT approved shipper.
